To agree the notes of evidence arising at the meeting held on 6 July 2006.

2. DECLARATIONS OF INTEREST

To invite Members to declare any interest they might have in the matters on the agenda.

3. CORPORATE ENFORCEMENT (Saf 4/05)

(i) To receive a briefing document from Legal Services (Paper B)

(ii) To receive evidence from UNISON and other staff.

(iii) To receive an oral update from Sue Lightfoot.
