ENQUIRY NAME Highways Private Finance Initiative (PFI)	REFERENCE NUMBER E3/05
In July 2005 this Policy Commission was charged with undertaking an enquiry which would “monitor the progress of the PFI project in order to ensure delivery and make relevant suggestions / amendments to this policy”. As Lead Member for this enquiry, Cllr Bulwer has provided regular updates to the Commission on the progress of the PFI project, and has been an integral part of the project board where he has represented the Policy Commission. The Council will shortly be hearing whether it has been successful in its bid for PFI funding. This enquiry has now reached its natural conclusion and should therefore cease.
