Questions are restricted to matters not on the agenda.  Question may be asked without notice but to guarantee a full reply at the meeting such questions must be delivered in writing or by electronic mail to Committee Services no later than 4.00 pm on Friday, 20 April 2007.  Each question must give the name and address of the questioner.

It is not the practice of the Council for Members to discuss the application on site with the applicants or any third parties; the purpose of the site inspection is merely to allow Members to view the site.  The Committee will discuss the application at its next meeting.
