RESOLVED :
THAT subject to minute 80 (a)
(i), item 4 being corrected to read “as he knew the Applicant through his
work”, the Minutes of the meeting held on 15 February 2005 be confirmed.

Interests were

declared a personal interest in minute 86, item 2, 5 Avenue Road, Shanklin – as
they knew the Speaker who spoke on behalf of the Applicant.
Mr J H Fleming declared a personal interest in minute 86, item 2, 5 Avenue Road, Shanklin – as had been contacted by both the Applicant and Objectors on this application.
