RESOLVED :
THAT the Minutes of the meeting held on 14 August 2001 be confirmed.

19. URGENT BUSINESS - DENMARK ROAD, COWES

The Chairman agreed to an item of urgent business as a decision was needed before the next meeting.
Members were advised of the outcome of the appeal. Officers indicated that the applicant could now proceed with the approval already granted or could enter into negotiations with the Authority.
RESOLVED :
THAT Officers be requested to initiate negotiations with the developer.
