RESOLVED :
THAT the Minutes of the meeting held on 16 December 2004 be confirmed.
73. DECLARATIONS OF INTEREST
Interests were declared in the following matters:
All Committee Members and Officers declared a personal
interest in minute 74 (a) (i), item 1, The Old Dairy Gusters Shute, Calbourne –
as they knew the speaker speaking on behalf of the Applicant.
Mr E Fox declared a personal interest in minute 74 (a) (i),
item 2, Land adjacent, forming part of Binstead Auto Centre, Binstead, as he knew
the Objector.
Mrs M J Miller declared a personal interest in minute 74
(a) (i), item 2, Land adjacent, forming part of Binstead Auto Centre, Binstead,
as she knew the Objector.
Mr A A Taylor declared a personal interest in minute 74 (a)

Granville Road, Totland, as a relative of his owns a residential care home in
the nearby vicinity and he also knew the speaker who spoke for the Parish
Council.
Mr A A Taylor declared a personal interest in minute 74 (a)
(i), item 5, Land adjacent Woodlands, Quarr Road, Ryde, as he knew the
Supporter.
Mrs M J Miller declared a personal interest in minute 74
(a) (i), item 5, Land adjacent Woodlands, Quarr Road, Ryde, as she knew the
Supporter.
Mr B E Abraham declared a personal interest in minute 74

Members received the above
report, which provided a resume of the above publication from the Office of the
Deputy Prime Minister and made a comparison with the Councils own performance.

MEMBERS QUESTIONS
Mr E Fox asked a question regarding
the approval of planning application TCP/26675 (MQ02/05) a copy of the question and reply
