RESOLVED :

 

THAT the Minutes of the meeting held on 16 December 2004 be confirmed.

Interests were declared in the following matters:

 

All Committee Members and Officers declared a personal interest in minute 74 (a) (i), item 1, The Old Dairy Gusters Shute, Calbourne – as they knew the speaker speaking on behalf of the Applicant.

 

Mr E Fox declared a personal interest in minute 74 (a) (i), item 2, Land adjacent, forming part of Binstead Auto Centre, Binstead, as he knew the Objector.

Members received the above report, which provided a resume of the above publication from the Office of the Deputy Prime Minister and made a comparison with the Councils own performance.
