27. REPORT OF THE DIRECTOR OF ENVIRONMENT SERVICES

(a) TCP/24259/P1122/01 - Demolition of Flats; Construction of 2/3 Storey Block of 11 Flats; formation of vehicular access and parking area, Dolphin House, High Street, Freshwater
This application had been deferred from the meeting on the 14 August 2001 in order to obtain comments form the Highway Engineer. Comments had now been received and were reported to the Committee together with the continued concern over car parking expressed by Freshwater Parish Council.

THAT the application be approved with the appropriate conditions.
