MINUTES
RESOLVED:
THAT the Minutes of the meeting held on 15 March 2005 be confirmed subject to the
following amendments:
That the decision of Minute 97 (a) (i) Item
10 be amended to read “Deferred by the Development Control Committee for
negotiations in respect of the design of the building”
That the Resolution of Minute 98, Paragraph
1, be amended to read “….for a period of nine months”
That the Resolution of Minute 98 Paragraph 2,
be amended to read “….satisfy the terms of the planning condition by 15
December 2005”

would draft the detailed reasons. |
