To confirm as a true record the Minutes of the meeting held on 11 October 2005 (Paper A).

2. DECLARATIONS OF INTEREST

To invite Members to declare any interest they might have in the matters on the agenda.

3. OUTCOME OF THE ADJUDICATION PANEL ON 6 JANUARY 2006

To agree how to consider the outcome of the Adjudication Panel. A letter from Cllr A Wells is attached (Paper B)

4. REPORTS OF THE MONITORING OFFICER

(a) Draft annual report of the Committee (Paper C)

(b) Parish and Town Councils - Ethics and Probity Update - (Oral Update)

(c) To consider whether the membership of the Standards Committee should be amended so that a second deputy is appointed for the Town and Parish Council representative.

(d) Work Plan for the coming year :
