1. SUMMARY

To consider the 2002/03 Housing Service Plan.

2. BACKGROUND

2.1 This item is to give members the opportunity to raise questions on the Housing Service Plan, copies of which have been previously circulated.

2.2 The plan gives information all on all the Council’s housing services, which include, Strategy and Enabling, Homelessness, Statutory Housing Register, Housing Advice, Home Improvement Grants, Housing Enforcement, Drainage Enforcement, Empty Property and Energy Conservation.
