Renewal of Public Entertainment Licence

Music Festival Seaclose Park Fairlee Road, Newport, Isle Of Wight

I have no adverse comments in relation to the application for the RENEWAL of the Public Entertainment Licence in respect of the above application.

However, I am in the process of amending the noise conditions to take into account the data obtained from this departments monitoring of last years event and a recent acoustic report regarding noise criteria for concerts.

I will forward the new conditions at the earliest opportunity.
