ANNUAL AUDIT AND INSPECTION LETTER 2004

The Audit Commission’s Annual Audit and Inspection Letter 2004 is attached along with the report to be considered by the Executive at its meeting on 9 February 2005.

The report to the Executive (Appendix 1) together with the Audit Commission Letter (Appendix 2) are attached. Any comments expressed by the Executive will be reported to the Panel at its meeting.
