Pedestrian access will not be obstructed in any way by stall holders.

No access to premises in the High Street will be blocked without prior consent of the owners.

No stalls shall be set up or operated within the extent of the controlled parking zone either side of the zebra crossing adjacent to Sandown Library

Access for fire appliances must be maintained at all times.

THE CONSENT HOLDER IS TO BE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE REMOVAL OF ANY REFUSE CREATED.
