REPORT OF THE HEAD OF CONSUMER PROTECTION
The Committee was advised that Mr Tracey of 4 Madeira Row, Binstead, Ryde, Isle of Wight had withdrawn his application for a Temporary Event Notice for the lay-by in Fairlee Road, Newport on the 10th, 11th and 12th June 2006. He had agreed to finish trading at 11.00 pm at the latest and would be cleared away no later than 11.30 pm.
A letter had been received from Hampshire Constabulary confirming that they had received a letter from Mr Tracey to that effect and withdrew their objection.
