To consider any matters which, in the Chairman's opinion, are urgent.

4. EXCLUSION OF PUBLIC AND PRESS

To consider passing a resolution that, in accordance with the Council’s Constitution, specifically the Access to Information Procedure Rules contained within the Constitution, the public and press be excluded from the meeting for the following items of business, namely Agenda item number 5 on the grounds that there is likely to be disclosure of exempt information as defined in Category 3 of paragraph 10(d) of the Council’s Access to Information Procedure Rules.
