1. MINUTES

To confirm as a true record the Minutes of the meeting held on 22 September 2005 (Paper A).

2. DECLARATIONS OF INTEREST

To invite Members to declare any interest they might have in the matters on the agenda.

3. PUBLIC QUESTION TIME

Question may be asked without notice but to guarantee a full reply at the meeting such questions must be delivered in writing or by electronic mail to Committee Services no later than 4.30 pm on Friday, 21 October 2005. Each question must give the name and address of the questioner.

4. URGENT BUSINESS

To consider any matters which, in the Chairman's opinion, are urgent.

5. REPORT OF THE AUDIT COMMISSION

To receive a report (to be circulated at the meeting) from the Audit Commission regarding the Council’s final accounts.

6. FUTURE AGENDA ITEMS

To discuss and determine the protocols for future agenda items.

7. PROPOSED TRAINING

To consider the report of the Compliance and Risk Manager regarding the proposals for Members’ training. (Paper B)

8. MEMBERS’ QUESTION TIME

A question must be submitted in writing or by electronic mail to Committee Services no later than 5.00 pm on Monday, 24 October 2005.
